Practice

Where I connect

I help organizations and people cross transformation, of technology, of generation, of scale, without losing ethics, governance, or the long view.

It is not about what kind of formal arrangement I offer. It is about what kind of project I recognize as mine. The format of participation comes later, and it tends to be secondary to what actually matters: whether the project is in the right place, at the right time.

Contexts

Three contexts where this tends to make sense

If your moment is one of these, it is probably worth a conversation.

  1. 01

AI-driven transformation, with ethics and governance at stake

Organizations deciding things they do not yet quite know how to decide: who answers for what the machine recommends, what risk they are taking on by depending on a critical vendor, what is structural change and what is cycle noise. It is not about adopting AI. It is about adopting it without losing the judgment of whoever decides.

  2. 02

    Succession and continuity

Business families, leadership teams, and organizations at a generational turning point, where the question is not only «who takes over», but «what survives the change in who is in charge». Professionalization, boards being formed, transitions that cannot be rushed or done quietly.

  3. 03

Entrepreneurs and young people building something new

The instinct here is different from the first two: it is not about preserving what exists, it is about accelerating what is being born. Business projects led by founders and by a new generation of leadership pull at me directly, it is where my own entrepreneurial side recognizes itself, and where it makes sense to give time to helping build, not only to advising.

The axis that does not change

Ethics, governance, and longevity

The context changes, the arrangement changes, the cadence changes. The judgment does not. Facing an AI project, that means asking who answers for what the model recommends. Facing a succession, it means preparing whoever decides to hold an unpopular position when it is the right one. Facing a founder, it means applying the same long-term standard to something still being built. At any level: decisions that outlive the attention cycle in which they were made.

Formats

How this translates into practice

The format is a consequence of the project, not the starting point. Depending on the context, this can mean:

  • Board Member

The most restricted and most selective form of participation: a formal seat, fiduciary responsibility to the company and to the shareholders as a whole, not to one executive or one specific project. Few seats, long-term commitment.

  • Strategic Advisor

Ongoing counsel, without a formal seat: sessions on demand or monthly, for founders, C-level, and executive teams who need a reading from outside, held to the same standard of governance and second-order effects.

  • Executive Mentor

A direct, one-on-one relationship with whoever decides: regular meetings, a defined cycle, focused on preparing the executive or successor to hold difficult decisions.

  • Public presence

Committees, discussion groups, panels, and talks: a more open way to contribute, carrying the same principles into collective conversations, without the ongoing commitment of the other fronts.

Does one of these contexts describe your moment?
