The controller of personal data collected on this site is Dorian Lacerda, who can be reached at contato@dorianlacerda.com.br.

Any request concerning personal data should be sent to that address and will be answered within the timeframes set by law.

Only the data you voluntarily provide in this site's forms is collected:

• Name, provided in the contact forms and, optionally, in the newsletter form.
• Email, provided in the contact forms and in the newsletter subscription form.
• Company or outlet and message content, provided in the contact form, when you choose to fill them in.

No sensitive data, data on minors, or precise geolocation data is collected. The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking. A single functional cookie is used, storing only the language you chose for the site.

Data is used exclusively to:

• Reply to messages sent through the contact form;
• Send the “Insights — Inteligência Conectada” newsletter to subscribers who expressly consented to receive it;
• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations, where applicable.

Data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Processing relies on the free, informed, and unambiguous consent of the data subject (LGPD, art. 7, I), given through the express, non-pre-checked acceptance in this site's forms. For messages sent via the contact form, processing also relies on fulfilling a request made by the data subject (art. 7, V).

To make email delivery and site hosting possible, data may be handled by service providers acting as processors, bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations and authorized to handle data only under the controller's instructions. No sharing occurs for any purpose beyond those described in this policy.

Newsletter subscriber data is kept for as long as the subscription lasts. On unsubscribe, the record is removed from the sending list within 30 days, retaining only the minimum needed to evidence the cancellation.

Data submitted through the contact form is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, so the conversation can continue, and then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires a different retention period.

Under LGPD art. 18, you may, at any time and free of charge:

• Confirm whether your data is being processed;
• Access the data held about you;
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully;
• Request portability of your data to another service provider;
• Request deletion of data processed on the basis of consent;
• Be informed about whom your data has been shared with;
• Withdraw consent at any time, including via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email.

Reasonable technical and administrative measures are in place to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access to contact lists.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The date of the last review is always shown at the top of this page. Material changes affecting data already collected will be communicated to data subjects by email.
